Refund and Cancellation Policy

At SSRBJG Foundation, we value your satisfaction with our products and services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms and conditions related to refunds and cancellations for our products and services.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your registration, you may request a refund within a week from the date of registration. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request for a refund must be made in writing or through our designated contact channels.
  • The product or service must not have been substantially used or consumed.
  • Your request must be received within the specified refund period.

Once your request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 2 days. The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

Cancellations

You may cancel your resitration at any time with 7 days of student registration date

If you will cancel your student registration after above given cancellation tenure then you will not be aligible for refund.
